About Emily
Born in Kentucky, and raised in Greenville, SC in a real estate family, Emily Rapp is an experienced REALTOR®, specializing in assisting newcomers, investors in finding deals and flipping houses, great attention to detail with New Construction, and a specific familiarity on Golf Course Communities, with an extensive local knowledge of courses. Emily holds a residence in both Greenville and Charleston where she continues to serve both buyers and sellers. Her Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert, RENE) Certifications allows her to assist her clients with the best advice on market values, offers, and preparing homes for photos/showings. Emily has earned RE/MAX 100% Club Award several years and continues to work towards higher club awards.
After attending Mauldin High, Emily ventured to the "Food Hub of the South", Charleston, to attend the College of Charleston. There, Emily continued her golf game after back to back Greater Greenville Ladies Amateur Championships in 2005, 2006, 2015, and most recently Charleston Women's City Amateur champion in 2021. Prior to real estate, Emily had a wonderful career as a Caddy for the LPGA Tour!
Emily enjoys home renovations as well as lending a hand to Habitat for Humanity. Emily holds the Development chair for the board of Friends of the Muni which is affiliated with the Charleston Municipal Golf Course. She also stays connected with her community's needs while serving on her neighborhood HOA board. When Emily isn't assisting her clients or volunteering, she enjoys checking out the local food scene, cooking and traveling.
